Judy is a perspective wizard for women in the middle of an unraveling.

She helps you shift the lens through which you're seeing your life. So the woman you came here to be can step forward. And the reality you keep grieving the loss of can stop running from you.

Her work draws from years of deep initiation. She also trained alongside a Shipibo-Conibo lineage shaman and has walked the ancient path of Plant Medicine Dieta multiple times a year, to deepen in inner journeying with the Unified Field. She's lived in ceremony with the Cacao Spirit for 7 years now, of devotion that changed the architecture of her being. And she's walked women through marriages dissolving, betrayals surfacing, and identities falling apart in their hands.

She's not here to spin in the story with you. She's here to gently take the wheel of the conversation and turn you toward the version of you who's already free. The shift happens fast.  The doors that felt slammed shut the morning before tend to crack open again by the morning after.

The coaching package is called: The Crossing

Twelve weeks of private one to one work with Judy Machado. This is your full arc journey, from unraveling to re-emergence.

The first four weeks are weekly sessions.

Intensity, descent, root work. We will uncover the story keeping you stuck and you begin to unweave it. Four sessions

The next eight weeks shift to every other week. Six more sessions. This is where the new lens becomes a new way of being. New patterns. New responses to the same old triggers. New rituals that anchor the new self into your daily life.

Ten sessions total. Twelve weeks.

Spaced exactly the way transformation actually lands in a nervous system.

Between sessions, voice note access weekdays. So when the old story rises up at 9pm on a Tuesday and you feel yourself about to fall back, you send a voice note and Judy meets you there. The space between the calls is where the work integrates.

You also receive a small written practice after each session. Two or three lines, written for you, in Judy's voice. Something to read in the morning. A prayer to whisper when the old timeline knocks. A question to sit with before the next call. Always customized to the last call.

Each 90-minute virtual session will take place via zoom video. We will not record the session unless you specifically request it (in case you want to revisit some of the things and resources we discussed). You will also receive a follow-up email with related resources after the session. Everything you share will be held with confidentiality, care and respect.

My work with you involves multiple sessions, not one. There is always integration and homework so that the shift is permanent. Healing is non-linear and you deserve support along the way. 

My journey with master plants—cacao, mushrooms, and other sacred allies—has been deeply woven into years of ceremony, devotion, and wisdom passed down from Indigenous and spiritual elders. Through these teachings, I’ve cultivated a profound relationship with plant medicines, allowing me to guide others in heart-centered, consciousness-expanding experiences.

Healing and transformation have been the core of my own path, as I’ve worked through emotional layers, past wounds, and limiting beliefs. I know firsthand the power of plant medicines and somatic practices to reconnect us with our inner truth. Over the years, I’ve supported countless individuals in reclaiming their authentic essence, stepping into spiritual alignment, and awakening to the wisdom that already resides within.

Ceremonial Facilitation & Spiritual Coaching, as a guide and facilitator, I’ve co-led retreats, workshops, and online journeys designed to support personal and spiritual evolution. Whether in intimate gatherings or virtual spaces, my approach is rooted in reverence for the plants, compassion for the human experience, and a deep trust in altered states of consciousness as gateways to growth. 

I create spaces where individuals feel safe, supported, and empowered to process emotions, explore their inner world, and integrate their experiences with practical tools for daily life.
