How does the Cacao taste?
If you're used to having sugars in your diet, you may find that the Ceremonial Cacao has a strong taste, maybe even a little bitter. Some people expect it to taste like chocolate. Keep in mind, chocolate is processed with sugars and sometimes milk and other ingredients as well.
If you find the Ceremonial Cacao a little strong, feel free to add a little organic cane sugar, organic agave, plant based milk, essential oils or even organic cinnamon.This will help you to continue to enjoy the Sacred heart opening medicine.
