It's almost time for our Sacred Cacao Ceremony!

Everything below will guide you in preparing for our ceremony:

PARKING:

1. There is paid parking on Grace street, right outside the house: Monday to Saturday from 8-8 pm. Sundays 1-8 pm. After that, it is permit parking ONLY.

2. On Grace Street, drive south of Mansfield Ave (the church will be on the left). You can park for free on that block, anytime until midnight.

3. On Mansfield Ave, you can park from 6 pm to midnight, for free.

Each of our ceremonies are NURTURING, ACTIVATING AND TRANSFORMATIONAL!

All our guests are always so grateful and experience blissful healing and transformation from being present and surrendering to the Cosmic journey.

There are TWO agreements to attend our sacred Ceremonies. Please review these and acknowledge to yourself your agreement:

1. I agree to arrive early so that I do not disrupt this sacred Ceremony

2. I agree to stay until the very end when the Ceremony will be energetically closed

To get the most out of this Sacred Ceremony, please read ALL the information below:

Ceremonial Cacao

This is a Sacred Cacao Ceremony and we will be drinking Ceremonial Cacao together to connect to the Consciousness and to experience it’s magnificent effects in opening up our hearts. Judy will prepare the Sacred Cacao and serve everyone at the Ceremony. There is no need to bring any of your own Cacao to the Ceremony.

Bring a yoga mat if you have one

The second part of this Ceremony will include an option to lay down and melt into your yoga mat during the meditations and activations.

Water!

Bring a filled water bottle with you in case you get thirsty towards the end of the Ceremony.

A Journal

Bring a journal and pen with you to capture any captivating insights throughout the Ceremony.

Eat lightly before the Ceremony

Plan to eat only a light meal no more than 3 hours before the Ceremony. The lighter the contents in your stomach, the more the Cacao can take you on a deeper journey. Ideally, you will avoid eating pork, red meat, dairy products and drinking alcohol or caffeine, or doing any drugs at least 1-3 days before and 1-3 days after the Sacred Ceremony. All foods have Consciousness so avoiding these foods are important in creating a space for the Sacred Cacao to work even deeper with you.

Bring an instrument with you, if you have one

We will end our ceremony by singing together a mantra and chant to bring even more unconditional love and expression within the circle. If you have an instrument, bring it so that you can experience the healing and aliveness as we all express together. Even a shaker that you may have collected from a vacation! If you don't have an instrument, no worries, we will have extras for you.

Share in our altar

Bring anything you would like blessed by the energy, into the altar. This can be crystals, angel cards, jewelery, journals, etc etc.

Please arrive on time

Please arrive at least 20-30 minutes early to the Ceremony at 111 Grace Street (in Toronto) so as not to disrupt once we begin the Ceremony. Include some time to find parking as well (paid parking out front on the street). This Ceremony is Sacred and sitting in a quiet space, communing with the music, ready to begin without disrupting anyone by arriving late, is ideal.
