"Before I started my training, I was at rock bottom—exhausted, depressed, and not sure of my purpose. The training gave me hope, a sense of belonging. The thought of offering this for others excited and terrified me. I've never considered myself a leader. 

When I finally hosted my own circle, I was shaking and nervous at the start. But once I opened the group sharing, people sank into the moment and I felt a sense of purpose. 

Holding space has continued to push me to heal parts of me I hadn’t even realized were wounded. Each circle is a mirror showing me both the incredible resilience of human hearts and the delicate responsibility of guiding others.

"When I first attended a transformational circle with Judy, I felt as though something lit up inside me. The raw vulnerability in that space awakened a part of me I’d long forgotten. By the end of the ceremony, I knew I had crossed a threshold: one that wouldn’t allow me to go back to my old ways of thinking.

I completed the facilitator training and immediately later, hosted a small circle in my living room. My anxiety was high because I was wondering how I would be able to hold space the way it was held for me. But as soon as we began, I knew I was being divinely guided. When I saw tears of release on the faces of those who came, I realized that we all have the power to cultivate healing spaces.
